Self check-in and check-out times
Check-in
Check-in is available from 3pm
We operate a smart home automation system for self check-in. The web-app opens the gate and main door. The house door opens with a pin number which you will receive prior to your arrival.
Key in the number on the on the smart lock to open the door.
You are required to complete your registration as soon as you arrive. A copy of your identity card/passport, signed contract along with the house items check list and tourist tax must be sent. The house rules and instructions can be found inside the house.
Check-out
Check-out time is before 10am
Before leaving the house, please check you haven’t forgotten anything, tidy the bookshelves (if you used them) and leave the transponder on the kitchen table.
If you wish to purchase any of our personalised L9 products on display, let us know the day before you leave.
We do our best to ensure you find a clean and comfortable house. Reviews are welcome.
